The Sandbox has announced “Season’s Greetings” to commemorate the holiday season with 6 event festivities in the metaverse.
Players will get a chance to win exciting prizes including SAND tokens and exclusive NFTs. The events begin on Dec 20, 2022, and until Jan 3, 2023.
The metaverse platform is ready to celebrate Christmas and the new year with its users as it announces new events. According to the Medium article, The Sandbox will open the past experiences from 2022 and also unveil new ones exclusively for the Holiday season.
The players need to complete 80% of Season’s greetings quests to win 250k SAND, two collectibles, 3 NFTs, and a special Mystery Box in rewards.
There are different passes for various projects that users can only enter if they fulfill the requirements.
For example, for Care Avatar Pass, the player must own a Care Bear avatar and complete all quests given to earn 50.000 SAND shared pool as a reward. Similarly, there’s a separate reward for LAND owners and Avatar owners. T
The Season’s Greetings also introduces Social Challenges in which the users can enter the Raffle to win an NFT and the rare mystery box by completing all specified challenges. Each participant will receive a special NFT reward for participating in the Social challenges as well.
The Sandbox, or as the chairman of Animoca Brands, Yat Siu, calls it “The Manhattan” of the metaverses, begins the year 2023 with exciting new events and has promised more in the coming months.
