As decentralization and cryptocurrencies become popular, the University of Houston College of Technology adds Web3 education to its second-year class. The students are exploring different concepts surrounding Bitcoin, digital money, and its effects on the economy in the future.
Web3 education is an important aspect that could lead to mass adoption and proper law regulations in countries around the world. To achieve this, different universities are introducing new courses about blockchain technology and the digital economy to teach the students.
Since Web3 is a relatively newer industry, the career opportunities within the space are open for every person, no matter what field they belong to.
In a recent report, the UoH College of Technology is taking the initiative to teach its students about cryptocurrency and Bitcoin.
“In taking this class, my students are opening themselves to a new kind of economic literacy,” said Phil Snyder. “A system likely to be pivotal in the near future for international trade, global finance, technology, even individual lives.”
The new generation deserves to know what new technologies are emerging in space to be ready for the practical world. Cryptocurrencies are newly developed digital money that is actively going mainstream, especially in the US.
NFTStudio24 has also launched an educational campaign “Metaverse for All” in Africa, India, Pakistan, and Japan to hold sessions in 60+ universities to educate the students about Web3 and metaverse.
